Role Overview

Job Title: AI & Cybersecurity Trainer (CSR – Education & Skilling)

We are looking for an enthusiastic and tech-oriented AI & Cybersecurity Trainer to deliver engaging and practical training sessions to students across educational institutions. The role involves introducing students to AI and Cybersecurity concepts, facilitating hands-on learning, and simplifying technical topics to make them accessible and interesting.

Key Responsibilities

Training, Delivery & Facilitation

• Conduct engaging AI and Cybersecurity training sessions and workshops for students.
• Facilitate practical learning through relevant tools, technologies and hands-on exercises.
• Explain technical concepts in a simple and student-friendly manner.
• Adapt training methods based on students' learning levels and requirements.

Programme Coordination & Support

• Coordinate with faculty, educational institutions and internal teams for effective programme delivery.
• Support the preparation of training materials, assignments and practical learning activities.
• Monitor student participation and progress and provide feedback wherever required.
• Travel to partner schools and colleges for training and programme implementation.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, AI, Cybersecurity or a related technical discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in AI, Cybersecurity or related technical domains. Freshers with a strong technical foundation and interest in these areas may also apply.
• Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and Cybersecurity fundamentals.
• Hands-on familiarity with relevant technical tools and technologies would be an advantage.
• Prior experience working with or training students would be preferred.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
