AI Content Operations Manager

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented AI Content Operations Manager to oversee our team of 30+ employees working on AI-generated content and digital creative projects.

The candidate will be responsible for monitoring daily activities, managing workflows, maintaining content quality, tracking productivity, and ensuring timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor the daily performance and productivity of 30+ team members.
• Allocate tasks and ensure timely completion of assigned projects.
• Track attendance, work progress, deadlines, and productivity reports.
• Monitor the quality of AI-generated images, artwork, prompts, and digital content.
• Review daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
• Identify workflow issues and implement improvement plans.
• Train, guide, and motivate team members.
• Coordinate with management regarding team performance and project status.
• Establish quality standards and productivity targets.
• Ensure company policies, data security, and project guidelines are followed.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Digital Media, or a related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in operations, team management, digital content, or a related field.
• Previous experience managing a team of 15 or more employees is preferred.
• Familiarity with generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, DALL·E, or Adobe Firefly.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and performance reporting.
• Strong leadership, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
