About Shivalik Design Shivalik Design Pvt Ltd is a Faridabad-based garment export and manufacturing company — custom woven and knit apparel, low MOQ, certified (GOTS/GRS/BCI/Sedex/ZED). We are building an in-house AI capability to automate operations across our apparel factory and group businesses. Position: AI Automation Specialist Location: Faridabad, Haryana (in-person, 6 days/week, full-time) Applications: avni@shivalikdesign.com or apply via Indeed. Description Work with the AI Automation Lead to build and maintain no-code/low-code automations and AI agents for operations at Shivalik Design. You will: • Build and maintain automations for order tracking, reports, WhatsApp and email follow-ups, purchase follow-ups, and removing repetitive data entry across sales, production, and merchandising. • Create and iterate AI agents and workflows using n8n, Make, or Zapier, with Google Apps Script or Python, connecting tools such as WhatsApp Business, Gmail/Google Sheets, Tally/ERP, and CRM systems. • Write reliable prompts and build small LLM-based utilities that help the operations and sales teams work faster. • Turn manual, error-prone daily tasks into documented, owned automations — and keep them running, monitored, and improved. • Partner with the AI Automation Lead and operations teams to scope automations, write clear runbooks, and train colleagues on using them. Requirements • 1–3 years hands-on work with n8n, Make, or Zapier (or comparable workflow/automation tools), building real automations used by a team. • Practical experience with Google Apps Script or Python for tool integrations and data tasks. • Comfortable with prompt engineering and using ChatGPT/Gemini or equivalent for automation and content tasks. • Strong process thinking: can take a messy manual workflow, map it, and design a reliable automated version. • Clear, reliable communicator who documents work and follows through on fixes.

Pay: ₹474,000.00 - ₹1,820,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
