Role Overview
SMV Fitness Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced AI Automation & Integration Developer to build, deploy, and maintain production-grade AI workflows, multi-step agents, and business integrations. You will be responsible for turning vague business needs into working scopes, developing reliable automation pipelines, and integrating LLMs, voice agents, and third-party APIs across our internal systems and client projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain multi-step AI agent workflows with tool use, memory, approval gates, and stopping conditions.
- Develop and integrate MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers and clients alongside orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or LlamaIndex.
- Build end-to-end automations using workflow platforms including n8n, Make, and Zapier.
- Implement advanced RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines involving document chunking, embeddings, vector databases (pgvector, Pinecone, Qdrant), hybrid search, reranking, and retrieval filtering.
- Build and manage low-latency voice and multimodal workflows using STT/TTS tools (ElevenLabs, Whisper, Deepgram), voice agent platforms (Vapi, Twilio, LiveKit, OpenAI Realtime API), OCR, document parsing, and image generation.
- Integrate business systems across CRMs and messaging (HubSpot, Salesforce, Gmail, Slack, WhatsApp, Telegram), commerce and payments (Shopify Admin API, Stripe), and productivity suites (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Sheets, Drive, Graph API).
- Develop browser automation, AI web agents, and scraping pipelines using Playwright, Puppeteer, and Firecrawl in compliance with terms of service.
- Implement production guardrails, output evaluations, hallucination reduction measures, and human-in-the-loop escalation flows.
- Monitor and debug LLM performance in production using observability and tracing tools such as LangSmith, Langfuse, or Helicone.
- Optimize system cost and latency using semantic caching, model routing, batching, and streaming.
- Ensure production reliability and security through logging, monitoring, alerting, secrets management, least-privilege API access, prompt-injection defense, and multi-tenant access isolation.
- Maintain compliance with data privacy and consent standards including GDPR, HIPAA, and calling/SMS regulations where relevant.
- Translate vague business needs into structured working scopes, provide honest estimates, flag risks early, and prepare clear documentation, SOPs, and handover sessions.
Required Technical Skills
Core Engineering:
- 3 to 4 years of strong hands-on experience in software development, API integration, and backend automation.
- Proficiency in Python (including FastAPI) and TypeScript/JavaScript (Node.js).
- Strong experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, webhooks, WebSockets, and OAuth 2.0 authentication.
- Hands-on expertise with SQL (PostgreSQL), basic NoSQL, JSON handling, and data transformation.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD, Docker, and cloud deployment on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Solid grasp of error handling, retries, idempotency, async task queues (Redis, BullMQ, or Celery), and scheduling.
LLM, AI & Tooling:
- Direct experience working with OpenAI, Anthropic (Claude), Gemini, and open-source model APIs (via Ollama, vLLM, or Hugging Face).
- Expertise in prompt engineering and strict structured outputs using JSON schemas, Pydantic/Instructor, and function/tool calling.
- Experience with AI-ready document parsing and ingestion tools (such as LlamaParse or Unstructured) alongside OCR.
- Daily proficiency with AI-assisted coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, and Codex.
Soft Skills & General Requirements
- Ability to turn unstructured requirements into clear, working technical scopes.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills for writing SOPs and conducting handover sessions.
- Must be comfortable working full-time from our Sector 63, Noida office.
- Immediate joiners are strongly preferred.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
