Avya Technology Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled Senior AI Backend Engineer with strong expertise in Python, Node.js, backend architecture, and Agentic AI development. The candidate will be responsible for building scalable backend systems, REST APIs, microservices, AI agents, LLM-powered applications, and intelligent automation solutions. Strong hands-on backend development experience is mandatory, along with practical knowledge of Generative AI, RAG, MCP, and AI tool integrations. The ideal candidate should have experience integrating AI solutions with CRM systems, databases, third-party APIs, and interactive dashboards.

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications and intelligent software solutions.
• Build AI Agents capable of reasoning, planning, decision-making, and autonomous task execution.

Must-Have Skills

• Minimum 5+ years of software development experience.
• Strong expertise in Node.js, Next.js, and Python.
• Hands-on experience integrating OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Azure OpenAI, or similar LLM platforms.
• Experience building AI-powered applications, AI Agents, and intelligent automation solutions.
• Strong understanding of Prompt Engineering and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Experience implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
• Experience with Vector Databases such as Pinecone, ChromaDB, Weaviate, FAISS, or Milvus.
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, or similar frameworks.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, Microservices, and Cloud-based architectures.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, Docker, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with GitHub Copilot, Cursor AI, Claude Code, ChatGPT, and AI-assisted development tools.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
