About the Role

Sha Interface Interiors is seeking an ambitious, tech-forward AI Agent & Marketing Automation Specialist to drive real-world business outcomes in the high-growth interior design sector.

This is an active, hands-on role where you will design, deploy, and scale practical AI agent systems and marketing automations. Working directly at our Miyapur studio alongside company leadership, you will build automated workflows that generate client leads, optimize sales pipelines, and streamline daily studio operations.

Key Responsibilities

AI Agent & Automation Systems: Architect and deploy automated workflows (using platforms like n8n, Make, Zapier, Python scripts, or OpenAI APIs) for lead qualification, customer follow-ups, and market research.

Lead Generation & Sales Automation: Build smart CRM and outreach pipelines to capture, score, and track inbound residential interior inquiries across Hyderabad.

AI-Powered Content & Marketing Operations: Develop scalable AI workflows to accelerate digital content generation, local SEO visibility, and promotional campaigns.

Market Intelligence & Competitor Research: Implement automated web scrapers and AI analysis tools to track local market trends, pricing strategies, and high-intent customer search behaviors.

Performance Tracking & Analytics: Set up clear dashboard systems to measure inquiry-to-conversion pipelines, ad performance, and system ROI.
