We’re hiring a dynamic Client Success & Financial Operations Assistant to be our right hand in the financial sector. You'll manage daily operations, handle customer communications, plan meetings, and deliver actionable financial analysis on our platform—bridging admin efficiency with data-driven insights in a fast-paced fintech environment. Role Overview Act as our proactive personal assistant, streamlining our day-to-day while providing platform-specific financial analysis. This role combines executive support, customer-facing coordination, and analytical tasks to ensure smooth operations and informed decision-making. Key Responsibilities Schedule and manage meetings, calendars, and agendas, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders. Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely responses, updates, and relationship management via email, calls, or chat. Conduct financial analysis on our platform, including performance tracking, usage metrics, revenue trends, and ROI reports. Collect and analyze platform data (e.g., transaction volumes, user engagement, fee structures) to generate insights, dashboards, and recommendations. Prepare daily/weekly summaries, financial briefs, and presentation materials for our review and customer meetings. Handle administrative tasks like documentation, follow-ups, expense tracking, and basic reporting to keep operations running seamlessly. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and optimize platform financial performance. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field (1-2 years of relevant experience preferred). Strong organizational skills with proven experience in meeting coordination, calendar management, and customer support. Proficiency in financial analysis tools: Advanced Excel (pivot tables, charts, formulas), Google Workspace/Microsoft Office; bonus for Google Sheets, Power BI, or basic SQL. Solid grasp of financial concepts (e.g., revenue analysis, KPIs, P&L basics) and familiarity with fintech platforms or financial services. Excellent communication skills—polished verbal/written English for customer interactions and stakeholder updates. Proactive, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Tech-savvy with tools like Zoom, Slack, CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), or financial platforms.
