You will be the first point of contact for interested customers, understand their vehicle needs, explain how NexCruise works and guide them through the buying process. You willplay a crucial role in building trust, closing sales, and driving adoption of this breakthrough product. Responsibilities • Respond to inbound leads via phone, WhatsApp, and email • Explain the benefits and compatibility of NexCruise to prospective customers • Qualify leads based on vehicle type, use case, and interest level • Follow up consistently to nurture and close leads • Maintain CRM records with accurate call logs, follow-ups, and status updates • Assist customers with installation partner coordination or D-I-Y guidance • Share feedback with product and marketing teams to improve customer experience • Hit weekly and monthly conversion targets Ideal candidate profile: • Graduate - any discipline (BTech/Dip Engg qualification is advantageous) • 0–2 years of experience in sales, telemarketing or customer-facing roles • Excellent verbal communication in English and Hindi. (Knowledge of other regional languages is a plus for consideration in states where Hindi is not the mother-tongue) • Tech-savvy (have a knack for digital/electronic goods) and can quickly learn product features and installation steps. • Passionate about cars, road trips, or automotive tech • Driven, target-oriented, and good at handling objections with empathy • Comfortable using CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets, etc. Show more Show less
