Pathetic theatre. Unscientific parking spaces. You cannot remove your car from parking after your show. Need to wait for 45 mins to 1 hour. Toilets are unclean. Not sure how the government approved a theatre building in such congested space and congested road.

Seat leg room is a little narrow compared to AGS Villiwakkam.Dolby Atmos and Screen clarity are good ( Screen 3). Car parking is 50 Rupees.Food & beverages are expensive almost on par with PVR Inox Chains.
