Job Title: Technology Lead / Solution Architect (AI-Savvy) Roles & Responsibilities: Lead multiple technology projects across .NET, Python, React, Node.js, and other modern stacks. Quickly understand new projects, assess technical requirements, and create detailed technical proposals . Review and validate project estimates; create custom estimates for unique client needs. Get hands-on with projects when required to unblock the team and accelerate delivery. Mentor and upskill the team in software engineering best practices and emerging technologies. Drive AI adoption across the company: implement AI tools, frameworks (e.g., PyTorch), and improve efficiency through automation. Utilize AI-powered development tools (e.g., Cursor, Lovable) for faster and smarter development. Oversee DevOps processes , ensure smooth CI/CD, cloud deployments, and infrastructure efficiency. Evaluate new technologies quickly and integrate them into solutions where appropriate. Collaborate with stakeholders to define architecture, technical roadmaps, and delivery plans. Enforce coding standards, conduct technical reviews, and ensure quality deliverables. Requirements: Strong hands-on experience in .NET, Python, React, Node.js , and full-stack development. Proven ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies and tools. Experience in AI technologies (e.g., PyTorch, AI APIs) and AI-powered development tools (Cursor, Lovable, etc.). Solid understanding of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines , and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP). Ability to create proposals, review estimates , and provide accurate technical inputs for pre-sales. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a get hands dirty” attitude. Experience in leading teams and improving technical delivery efficiency. (Optional) Relevant certifications in cloud, DevOps, or AI would be a plus.
