Job Description

Role & responsibilities Candidate will be responsible for handling Production department in OSD for Pharma Formulation (Eu GMP) in Palghar for Europe and ROW Market. You will be responsible for, 1. Candidate will responsible for Eu-GMP to be followed in production manufacturing area and Daily machine wise planning and scheduling. 2. Candidate will be responsible for to co- ordinate with PPIC &purchase for RM/ PM procurement. 3. Candidate will be responsible for to calculate manufacturing capacity calculation of Tablet & capsule equipments 4. Candidate will be responsible for QMS activities monitoring & a compliance in time like, Change control, deviation, incidence report, 5. Candidate will be responsible for to handle projects of production output, improvement by atomization, process parameters Preferred candidate profile 1. Candidate should be B. Pharm / M. Pharm minimum 15 yrs in OSD Tablet & Capsule manufacturing activities and granulation. 2. Candidate should have good experience of EuGMP approved plant. 3. Candidate should have good in Optimum utilization of equipment and control various breakdown, hazardous waste at packing stage. 4. Candidate should have good in Co-relation of daily production report of equipments, daily output analysis and performance on monthly basis. 5. Candidate should have good in to handle projects of production output, improvement by atomization, process parameters. Perks and benefits
