Key responsibilities

• Own Master Project Schedule (Primavera P6 / MS Project) and NTP-to-COD delivery

• Drive site development, WTG erection, 33 kV collector network, eBOP / PSS / GSS and EHV evacuation

• Coordinate HO functions, OEMs, EPC, consultants, CTU/STU and offtaker interfaces

• Own project P&L, cashflow, RA bills and claims; enforce QHSE / ESG

• Deliver mechanical completion, grid synchronisation, COD and complete HOTO documentation

Required

• B.E./B.Tech Electrical preferred (Mechanical/Civil with strong wind execution considered)

• 15+ years wind project execution in India; proven ISTS/CTU wind COD + HOTO

• Hands-on with WTG OEMs (Siemens Gamesa, Suzlon, GE, Inox, Envision etc.) and EHV grid interfaces
