Role BD – Smart Mobility Job Level/ Designation M2/AGM Function / Department Enterprise/IoT Location New Delhi Key Result Areas/Accountabilities Lead sales engagement across the North & East Indian geographical landscape including but not limited to, Auto OEMs, EV Passenger / Freight operators/Manufacturing/Logistics/Transportation /Distribution organizations to offer end to end IOT enabled Smart Mobility solutions Achieve growth through solid relationships and consultative selling with prospective clients, gaining a detailed understanding of their needs, pain points, and strategic direction Ability to build trusted relationships with customer and also differentiate from competition. Lead the engagements defining clear value proposition to the clients on operation excellence and experience Create, sustain brand equity and enhance business value, with Strong networking with Industry bodies, OEMs, Policy makers, Clients, Vendors, Media and other stakeholders. Communicate and interact with business decision-makers at all levels to identify needs and requirements as well as market opportunities Create GTM Plans for various sectors/client Segment in collaboration individually and through strategic partnerships and also build a credible action plan, implement and execute GTM Provide critical support and oversight to Project Execution Team Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience Overall experience - 7 to 10 Years 3 to 5 years relevant sector experience in selling or managing IOT/Digital solutions for smart transportation and logistics, after markets to different Verticals Running logistics and transportation operations will be added advantage Experience in offering/selling solutions across multiple modes of transportation & Logistics Selling of track & traces solutions for asset, people or goods tracking Ability to lead, negotiate and conclude complex contract under CAPEX, OPEX modes, performance/outcome-oriented deals Experience of working in a matrix structure and ability to collaborate with multiple teams across India Key Performance Indicators Pipeline Generation Order Book Revenue Vodafone Idea Limited (formerly Idea Cellular Limited) An Aditya Birla Group & Vodafone partnership
