Role Description
The Agile Project Manager (Fintech) will lead end-to-end delivery of fintech projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements. This full-time hybrid role is based in the Greater Bengaluru Area, with a mix of on-site collaboration and flexibility for some work from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and executing Agile sprints, managing project timelines and budgets, coordinating cross-functional teams, and facilitating Scrum ceremonies. The role also involves tracking and mitigating risks, ensuring clear stakeholder communication, supporting technical teams in resolving blockers, and driving continuous improvement in delivery processes. The Agile Project Manager will work closely with product, engineering, compliance, and operations teams to deliver secure, scalable, and user-centric fintech solutions.
Qualifications

Project Management skills, including Agile and Scrum practices, with experience managing fintech or technology projects.

Expeditor and Expediting skills to ensure timely delivery of project milestones and critical tasks.

Inspection skills to review deliverables, ensure compliance with quality standards, and validate functional and regulatory requirements.

Logistics Management skills to coordinate resources, schedules, and cross-team dependencies across on-site and remote environments.

Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk management capabilities, with attention to detail.
