Job Description

We are looking for a strategic and relationship-driven Agency & Referral Development Manager to build partnerships with digital marketing agencies, freelancers, consultants, and referral partners to generate new business opportunities. The ideal candidate should have strong business development skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in partnership management or client acquisition.

The role involves identifying potential agency partners, developing referral networks, negotiating partnership terms, generating qualified leads through collaborations, and maintaining long-term relationships to drive business growth for our IT and digital marketing services.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with digital marketing agencies, consultants, freelancers, and potential referral partners.
• Develop and execute strategies to expand agency partnerships and referral networks.
• Promote services such as website development, SEO, Google Ads, social media marketing, and lead generation.
• Establish mutually beneficial referral programs and partnership models.
• Communicate partnership opportunities, service offerings, and referral benefits to prospective partners.
• Negotiate collaboration terms, referral arrangements, and business agreements.
• Generate qualified leads and business opportunities through agency collaborations and referrals.
• Maintain regular communication with partners to strengthen engagement and encourage repeat referrals.
• Coordinate with sales and delivery teams to ensure smooth handling of referred clients.
• Track partner performance, referral leads, conversions, and revenue contributions.
• Research market opportunities and identify new channels for strategic business expansion.
• Achieve targets related to partnerships, qualified leads, client acquisition, and revenue growth.

Experience

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in business development, partnership management, channel sales, or agency relationship management is preferred. Experience in IT services, digital marketing, or referral-based business development will be an added advantage.
