Job Title : - Electrical & Civil Execution Engineer Department:- EPC Job Location Agra Qualifications and Experience Education: B.tech/B.E. or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution. Experience: 4 to 8 years of post-qualification experience in execution roles for integrated industrial, commercial, or infrastructure construction projects. Dual Expertise: Demonstrated proficiency and understanding of execution processes for both Civil and Electrical works is mandatory. Technical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of construction methodology, IS Codes (Civil & Electrical), Quality Control (QC), and safety standards. Software Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Competencies: Excellent project management, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills to manage site teams effectively. Location: Willingness to be site-based in Agra. Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project documentation Hands-on experience with concrete design, shuttering, and structural safety Knowledge of IS Codes, slope protection, and soil stabilization isa plus Understanding of foundation types (pile, micro-pile, raft, etc.) used in solar projects Key Responsibilities: - Project Execution & Supervision (70% Focus) Site Management: Oversee and manage day-to-day site activities for both civil and electrical components, ensuring work proceeds as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules. Civil Works: Supervise the execution of all civil activities including foundation work, structural construction, finishing work (flooring, plastering, false ceiling, etc.), and infrastructure development (roads, drainage, plumbing). Electrical Works: Supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems, including HT/LT panels, transformers, cabling, earthing, internal/external lighting, and associated electrical equipment. Quality & Safety: Conduct regular site inspections, enforce strict adherence to safety protocols (EHS) , and implement quality control measures for all materials and workmanship as per relevant IS Codes and standards. Resource Management: Monitor and manage the efficient utilization of manpower, materials, machinery, and equipment on site. Technical & Coordination (20% Focus) Drawing Interpretation: Thoroughly study and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications for both Civil and Electrical disciplines, resolving any discrepancies on-site in consultation with the design team. Subcontractor Coordination: Coordinate and manage subcontractors and vendors for timely and quality execution, ensuring they comply with contractual terms. Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical or site-related issues promptly to prevent project delays. Liaison: Coordinate with architects, consultants, clients, and local regulatory bodies/statutory authorities (e.g., for electrical inspections, permits) as required. Documentation & Reporting (10% Focus) Progress Tracking: Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports, highlighting milestones achieved, challenges, and forecasts. Billing & Measurement: Verify and certify measurements of executed work for subcontractor and client billing purposes ( R.A. Bills ). Material Reconciliation: Maintain accurate records of material receipts, consumption, and reconciliation.
