Gave an Acer netbook for repair, and was not at all satisfied. I submitted the product within the last few days of my warranty. The battery was clearly damaged, but they didn't replace it. They just 'repaired' the power button.

Service quality is very poor. Customer relationship is even very bad. I had to wait for 2 months and then visit for a simple problem in my laptop although I had onsite Accidental Damage care warrenty.

Aforserve service center for Acer Laptops is located on the first floor above Cafe Coffee Day. A small room with bare minimum seating available. The service is slow & feels like nobody is interested in working actively, though they get the job done.

This is third class service center.they used chandi market parts and charged coustomer original Acer parts price. This service center manager and coordinator are totally 4th classes.

I had the misfortune of dealing with this company for a Acer laptop under warranty. The service centre is uncooperative and people are ill mannered. One should avoid this place.
