Very good team. Installation done promptly as assured by Vivek and co. Neatly done. Cable length provided by General company is not sufficient from machine to stabilizer and hence attaching another bit was necessary with tape thus exhibits a dirty look. In Hitachi sufficient length was provided by the company.

Good installation team. But sheer number of follow-up calls needed to get anything done with the customer service team makes the overall experience very frustrating. I’m still waiting for someone to come and pickup the older items that I’d exchanged for. They just left it in our hall and left promising someone will come immediately.
