Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end provider credentialing and re-credentialing in compliance with NCQA, Joint Commission, state, and federal regulations. Perform primary source verification (education, training, board certification, licensure, sanctions, malpractice history, etc.). Maintain and update CAQH profiles with 100% accuracy and timeliness. Drive payer enrollment applications, follow up via phone/email, and resolve enrollment rejections. Coordinate with internal teams and external credentialing contacts to meet delegation and turnaround-time SLAs. Serve as the go-to escalation point for complex credentialing issues. Ensure complete, audit-ready credentialing files at all times. Required Qualifications & Experience Minimum 2 years of hands-on provider credentialing experience in the US RCM/KPO industry. Expert-level knowledge of CAQH (registration, attestation, re-attestation, document uploads). Strong understanding of provider enrollment with commercial payers and government programs. Graduate in any discipline. Proficient in MS Office suite, Adobe Acrobat, internet research, and documentation. Excellent English communication (verbal and written) with clear phone etiquette for payer follow-ups. Ready to work fixed US night shift.
