Job Description We’re searching for a proactive, experienced Full Stack Developer with at least 3+ years of building production-level systems and hands-on experience in both development and DevOps. You should be versatile across multiple programming languages, frameworks, and cloud environments. The ideal candidate enjoys autonomy, understands product logic, and writes clean, scalable code that will serve as the backbone of our internal technology. You will work closely with leadership, operations, and analytics teams to create systems that directly impact our performance and revenue. Key Responsibilities Full Stack Development Design, build, and maintain full-stack applications powering internal workflows, reporting systems, and automation tools Develop responsive, high-performance user interfaces using modern frontend frameworks Architect backend services, APIs, and microservices that support scalable operations Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code across all layers Systems & Feature Ownership Take full ownership of features—from idea to deployment Participate in planning, technical discussions, and architectural decisions Identify opportunities to improve system efficiency, speed, and reliability DevOps and Infrastructure Manage cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or similar) Handle deployments, CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and automation Monitor system performance, reliability, and uptime Implement security best practices across environments Database & Data Handling Design and optimize SQL and NoSQL databases Build data pipelines, storage solutions, and integrations with APIs Ensure data accuracy, security, and processing efficiency Troubleshooting & Maintenance Debug issues quickly and effectively Maintain system stability and troubleshoot production errors Continuously improve existing systems based on feedback and performance metrics Job Level Mid Level, Senior Level Company Description We build internal tools, automation engines, analytics dashboards, and performance-driven platforms that help our teams operate at the highest efficiency. Requirements Technical Skills 3+ years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer Strong command of major programming languages such as: JavaScript / TypeScript Python PHP Node.js, Java, or similar backend languages Experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue) Strong understanding of REST APIs and microservice architecture Solid database experience (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar) Hands-on DevOps skills: Docker, CI/CD, Linux servers, cloud services Familiarity with version control (Git), code reviews, and collaborative workflows Soft Skills Strong problem-solving ability and analytical mindset Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Clear communication and a collaborative approach High attention to detail and commitment to code quality Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-focused technology environment Benefits Competitive monthly salary of upto 1500 USD A chance to get promoted as CTO in a couple years based on performance.
