Position Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Senior Accountant to oversee our company's comprehensive financial and accounting operations. This critical role involves managing all aspects of our finances, from daily bookkeeping and invoicing to high-level strategic financial planning. The ideal candidate will be an expert in ensuring full compliance with both Indian and UAE taxation and financial regulations . You will be responsible for managing our corporate financial portfolio, handling international transactions, and serving as the key liaison with our external Chartered Accountants (CAs) to optimize our company's financial health. Key Responsibilities 1. Compliance and Taxation (India & UAE) Ensure 100% adherence to all financial regulations, including Indian taxation laws (GST, TDS, Income Tax) and UAE compliance standards ( Corporate Tax, ESR) . Lead strategic tax planning initiatives for both jurisdictions to optimize the company's financial position. Prepare and file all necessary tax returns and statutory reports accurately and on time. Act as the primary coordinator for all interactions with our CAs, managing audits, financial reviews, and strategic consultations. 2. Accounting and Financial Management Oversee all daily accounting operations, including general ledger, AP/AR, bank reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing processes. Manage and maintain the company's books of accounts with precision. Create and process customer invoices and manage collections. Handle all banking operations, including the management of international remittances and foreign exchange. 3. Strategic Financial Planning Develop and implement strategic financial plans, annual budgets, and rolling forecasts. Manage the company's complete finance portfolio, including equity, stocks, and other investments , providing analysis and recommendations. Prepare and present timely financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and performance reports to senior management. Required Skills and Qualifications Experience: Proven experience as a Senior Accountant, Finance Manager, or similar role. Software Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency in Tally and Zoho Books is mandatory. Compliance Expertise: In-depth, practical knowledge of both Indian and UAE tax laws and compliance requirements. Technical Skills: Demonstrable experience managing international remittances and payment gateways like PayPal . Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial planning, and portfolio management. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
