- Build and expand TEONOX’s affiliate network across India and international markets.
- Identify, recruit, onboard, and activate affiliates, influencers, education partners, and content creators.
- Leverage existing networks to establish revenue-generating partnerships.
- Develop and manage affiliate commission structures, incentives, and payout processes.
- Implement and manage affiliate tracking platforms, dashboards, and CRM integrations.
- Plan and execute affiliate marketing campaigns to generate qualified student leads and admissions.
- Monitor affiliate performance, lead quality, conversion rates, and revenue generation.
- Build long-term relationships with high-performing affiliates and strategic partners.
- Track campaign ROI, acquisition costs, commissions, and overall profitability.
- Independently build, manage, and scale TEONOX’s affiliate marketing ecosystem.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or performance marketing.
- Experience in EdTech, education, or online learning preferred.
- Existing active affiliate network and proven partner acquisition experience.
- Hands-on knowledge of affiliate platforms such as Trackier, Impact, Everflow, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of commission models, lead generation, tracking, and conversions.
- Proven ability to generate admissions and revenue through affiliate partnerships.
- Strong negotiation, networking, and relationship management skills.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
