Aesthetic doctor

Role:

An Aesthetic Doctor at Advance Grohair and Gloskin Clinic provides advanced non-surgical cosmetic treatments to improve clients’ skin, hair, and appearance while ensuring patient safety and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed consultations and skin/hair analysis to understand clients’ concerns.

• Design personalized treatment plans (e.g., PRP, Botox, Fillers, Chemical Peels, Laser, Microneedling, Hair Restoration).

• Perform aesthetic and dermatological procedures safely and efficiently.

• Explain pre- and post-treatment care clearly to clients.

• Ensure medical documentation, consents, and follow-ups are completed properly.

• Stay updated with latest aesthetic techniques, trends, and equipment.

• Maintain clinic standards, hygiene, and safety protocols.

• Collaborate with the consultant and aesthetic producer for effective treatment planning and client satisfaction.

• Guide junior staff and assist in training sessions when required.

Role:

The consultant acts as the bridge between the client and the medical team — understanding the client’s aesthetic goals, explaining treatments, and ensuring the best experience throughout the journey.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct client consultations and counselling on skin, hair, and body treatments.

• Understand the client’s aesthetic needs and suggest suitable services.

• Educate clients on treatment benefits, procedures, pricing, and packages.

• Coordinate with doctors for treatment approvals and scheduling.

• Achieve monthly conversion and sales targets through confident communication.

• Maintain client records, follow-ups, and feedback for retention.

• Promote new offers and services to existing clients.

• Ensure every client feels comfortable, informed, and confident about their aesthetic journey.

Role:

An Aesthetic Producer focuses on the business development and brand presentation side of the clinic — creating awareness, building client trust, and ensuring a premium image for Advance Grohair and Gloskin Clinic.

Responsibilities:

• Manage brand strategy, marketing, and client experience initiatives.

• Coordinate with doctors and consultants to showcase successful results and treatments.

• Oversee social media content, photoshoots, and video production for aesthetic campaigns.

• Develop marketing materials that reflect the clinic’s brand identity.

• Track and report on client engagement, leads, and conversion performance.

• Organize promotional events, influencer tie-ups, and client education sessions.

• Support sales and consultation teams with creative presentation tools and visuals.

• Ensure consistent communication of clinic standards and values in all platforms.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Cosmetology: 1 year (Required)
