We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support and streamline our day-to-day business operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing procurement, vendor relationships, inventory, and logistics while ensuring efficiency in our supply chain and operational processes. This role plays a critical part in maintaining our quality standards and ensuring timely execution of internal and client-facing operations. Key Responsibilities Purchase Handling : Manage procurement of packaging materials, equipment, and services, ensuring timely and cost-effective purchasing. Vendor Management : Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors and suppliers; maintain long-term supplier relationships. Data & Documentation : Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, invoices, and other relevant documents. Process Optimization : Suggest and implement improvements to streamline operational workflows. Compliance & Reporting : Ensure all operations comply with internal policies and external regulations; prepare regular reports for management.
