Trivitron Digital.ai is an AI-powered health technology platform. It is a joint venture between Trivitron Healthcare and

ResoHealth. Our products include LIS, RIS, HIS, CRM, LIMS, Claims IQ, peri-operative AI and an AI Health Companion.

Hospitals, diagnostic labs and wellness providers across India, the GCC and emerging markets use them.

The Role:

People now look for information in two places: traditional search engines and AI answer engines like ChatGPT, Gemini,

Perplexity and Google AI Overviews. We want TDAI and our customers to be the trusted answer in both. In this role youll

own organic visibility for TDAIs brand and products. Youll also help our hospital, diagnostics and wellness customers grow

their own search and AI visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

1. SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

• Own technical, on-page and off-page SEO for TDAI’s websites and product pages
• Do keyword research for B2B healthtech terms (e.g., “LIS software India”, “hospital management system UAE”)

and for patient-facing searches made to our customers

• Build high-quality backlinks from healthcare, health IT and industry publications in India and the GCC
• Run local SEO (Google Business Profile, directories, citations) for multi-location hospital and diagnostic chains

2. AEO (Answer Engine Optimization)

• Structure content so it gets picked up for featured snippets, People Also Ask, voice search and AI Overviews
• Implement schema markup (MedicalOrganization, Hospital, MedicalTest, FAQ, Product, Organization)
• Build FAQ and Q&A content hubs that answer real buyer and patient questions

3. GEO (Generative Engine Optimization)

• Track and improve how TDAI and our customers are cited in ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot and Claude
• Build entity authority through Wikipedia/Wikidata, knowledge panels, authoritative mentions, PR and citationworthy

content (research, benchmarks, reports)

• Set up prompt-level tracking for brand share-of-voice in AI answers and report on it

4. Customer Growth Services

• Audit and improve search and AI visibility for hospital, diagnostics and wellness clients
• Create playbooks for doctor profiles, test/package pages, location pages and review management
• Connect visibility to business outcomes: appointments, test bookings, leads and footfall

5. Content, Compliance and Collaboration

• Work with content, product, clinical and sales teams on content that is accurate and meets E-E-A-T standards
• Follow healthcare content norms: medical review, no misleading claims, and data privacy (DPDP Act, UAE regulations)
• Track and report on rankings, organic traffic, AI citations, DA/DR, leads and conversions

What You Bring:

• 4–8 years in SEO, with hands-on exposure to AEO/GEO or AI search visibility
• Experience in healthcare, healthtech, diagnostics, hospitals or B2B SaaS (strongly preferred)
• Strong command of Ahrefs/SEMrush, Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog and schema tools
• Familiarity with AI visibility tools (e.g., Profound, Otterly, Peec AI, or your own tracking methods)
• Working knowledge of HTML, structured data, site architecture and CMS platforms (WordPress, headless CMS)
• Excellent written English; regional languages or Arabic are a plus
• A proven track record of moving rankings, traffic and leads, with case studies to show
