Job Description

Must-Have Skills and Qualifications
  • 5–8 years of experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
  • Strong expertise in the following technologies and areas:
    • AEM Sites
    • AEM Components, Templates, and Workflows
    • Editable Templates
    • MSM (Multi-Site Manager) / Multi-Site Management
    • Sling Models
    • OSGi
    • HTL (Sightly)
    • Java
    • REST APIs
    • JCR (Java Content Repository)
  • Hands-on experience with AEM as a Cloud Service.
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Adobe Dispatcher
    • CDN strategies and implementation
    • Website performance optimization
    • SEO implementation
    • Web accessibility standards (WCAG)
  • Experience designing and developing scalable, reusable component architectures.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder communication skills.

Good-to-Have Skills
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
  • Exposure to Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and Adobe Journey Optimizer.
  • Experience with Adobe Workfront integrations.
  • Knowledge of headless CMS architecture and API-driven content delivery.
  • Experience with React or SPA-based AEM implementations.
  • Familiarity with cloud-native and microservices-based architectures.
  • Exposure to analytics implementation and digital marketing ecosystems.
