Job Title: Argon Arc Welder – Fabrication & Manufacturing Location: IOCL, Panipat (Haryana) Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site Working Hours: 12 Hours per Day Working Days: 28 Days per Month Job Summary: We are hiring experienced Argon Arc (TIG) Welders for fabrication and manufacturing work at IOCL Panipat Project Site. The candidate must have strong technical skills in TIG/Argon welding, metal fabrication, and structural assembly work in an industrial setup. Roles & Responsibilities: Carry out Argon / TIG welding on stainless steel, mild steel, and aluminum components. Prepare welding joints and ensure proper fit-up and alignment before welding. Read and understand technical drawings and weld symbols accurately. Operate welding machines and handle argon gas equipment safely and efficiently. Maintain weld quality and finishing as per company standards. Follow all safety procedures and PPE rules on site. Assist the fabrication team in cutting, fitting, and assembly work as required. Complete tasks within the project timelines and under supervision of site engineers. Eligibility Criteria: Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Welding or Fabrication. Experience: Minimum 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in Argon / TIG welding for industrial or project-based fabrication. Must have Experience Certificate, ID Proof, and all related documents at the time of joining. Should be physically fit, punctual, and disciplined. Candidates with refinery or plant site experience (IOCL, HPCL, BPCL) will be preferred.
