Job Description: Assistant Estimation & Billing Engineer Company: AEC Electricals & Networks Pvt. Ltd. Location: Goregaon, Mumbai Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month Industry: Electrical Contracting About the Role AEC Electricals & Networks Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented Assistant Estimation & Billing Engineer to join our dynamic electrical contracting team. The selected candidate will work under the guidance of a Senior Estimation & Billing Engineer and support estimation, billing, vendor coordination, and project-related documentation. ⸻ Key Responsibilities • Billing & Invoicing: Prepare accurate and timely project bills and invoices. • Estimation: Prepare detailed project estimates including material, labor, and associated costs. • Material Estimation: Assist in identifying and calculating required materials as per drawings, specifications, and budget. • Cost Estimation: Support in calculating overall project costs considering all technical and commercial factors. • Vendor Assessment: Evaluate vendors based on quality, cost, delivery timeline, and reliability. • Bid Preparation: Assist in preparing and submitting detailed tenders and bids. • Site & Client Coordination: Attend site visits and client meetings to review progress, clarify requirements, and resolve issues. ⸻ Qualifications & Skills • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Commerce • 1–3 years of experience in estimation and billing (Electrical Contracting preferred) • Strong numerical and analytical skills • High attention to detail • Knowledge of cost estimation, billing, and vendor management • Good communication and negotiation skills • Proficiency in Google Sheets, MS Office • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines • AutoCAD knowledge is mandatory
