This is a fantastic gym!! The instructors are extremely knowledgeable, highly motivated, and awesome people to be around. I've never been in a gym with a better vibe. Additionally, i found the right trainer Mr. Kavin. Who helped me to reach my fitness goal for the month.

ADZE Fitness Studio has been awesome to me. All the trainers are super nice and take an interest in you no matter what fitness level you're at. I love this place. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to get in shape. The overall vibe is great. Everyday is a new training, so it is never boring.

Gym environment is quite good. In my opinion this is the best gym around madipakkam because the trainers are well experienced and they are friendly.. Mr.jackson (certified personal trainer) He is training me right now. Very knowledgeable person,good to speak. Happy to be part of this....
