The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring accuracy in accounting practices. Daily tasks include processing invoices, handling payroll, reconciling accounts, and conducting financial analysis. The Accountant will also handle taxation matters, assist with audits, and provide financial insights to support business decisions. Qualifications Proficiency in financial record keeping, invoicing, and account reconciliation Experience in preparing financial statements and conducting financial analysis Knowledge of tax regulations and experience in handling taxation matters Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel Relevant experience in the real estate industry is a plus
