I had a very good experience, I booked a CT scan brain for my relative the customer service was excellent. They guided me with the nearest lab and during this pandemic they make sure that labs are following the covid protocols. I would definitely recommend Labsadvisor.

I booked a health check for my aunt by LabsAdvisor. It was such a nice experience, the plaebo was on time, he took the sample professionally and everything was well. The report were provided via mail. So overall LabsAdvisor made the testing journey smooth and convenient.

Booked some tests on their app last night, scheduled for next morning. No one turned up for home collection, when we contacted the lab they said they haven't received any information regarding the booking and we should speak to labs advisor whose office open late. We are now stuck without a test and reports. Horrible experience
