Qualifications for Social Media Manager- H ands-on experience managing social media platforms 1 + year experience in Social Media Marketing & SMO A bility to analyze performance metrics & insights Familiar with Canva and basic design tools Strong content strategy & digital marketing skills Qualifications for Video Editor- 1+ year experience in video editing for digital content Skilled in editing short-form content (reels, ads, promos) Basic motion graphics/animation knowledge is a plus Eye for detail, transitions, pacing, and storytelling Awareness of social media trends and aesthetics Ability to manage multiple edits and meet deadlines
