About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Monitor and process daily orders across all platforms 2. Ensure timely and accurate order punching and coordinate with the dispatch and logistics teams 3. Track and manage returns, replacements, and customer escalations 4. Update and sync stock levels across platforms to avoid stockouts or overstocking 5. Maintain real-time inventory records with the warehouse and dispatch teams 6. Raise alerts for low-stock SKUs and coordinate for incoming stock 7. Handle back-end operations on Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Meesho, Myntra Partner Portal, Tata 1mg, Healthmug, and internal website CMS such as Shopify and WooCommerce 8. Upload or edit basic product data, images, and pricing when required 9. Generate daily and weekly order and inventory reports 10. Identify slow-moving SKUs or platform-wise performance trends 11. Liaise with customer service, warehouse, and accounts teams for smooth order flow and reconciliations 12.
