About The Role The Senior Manager of Patient Safety will be accountable for monitoring and managing all aspects of updating Reference Safety Documents like CCDS, SmPC, PI, PIL, datasheets, and product monographs for all ADVANZ PHARMA products across the Globe. The documents shall be maintained in line with applicable guidelines. The role must ensure that it has a global process along with region-specific processes in writing and managing the global reference safety document, like CCDS, or regional reference safety documents like SmPC. Role must be experienced in writing reference safety documents for Innovator drugs, well-established branded drugs, branded generics, generics & biosimilars. What You’ll Do Act as a subject matter expert in global labeling requirements, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and upholding high-quality standards. Responsible for safety-related variations and maintenance of product information, including communication to various stakeholders. Revise and/or supervise revision and approve the scientific documents for the products marketed by the Company, such as summary product characteristics (SmPC), Patient Information Leaflet (PIL), etc. Answer queries from the Health Authorities related to products marketed by the Company in a scientific manner and support the necessary submissions with appropriate data. Responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing global labeling compliance activities to meet regulatory requirements across multiple regions. Ensure that labeling processes, documentation, and systems remain accurate and inspection ready. Successful relationships with all external and internal stakeholders. Seek and deliver operational efficiencies across the Patient Safety, Clinical development, Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Artwork, and Quality team. Ensure all documentation is structured and maintained as required through the implementation of Good Documentation Practices (GDP). Actively coordinate with all the internal and external stakeholders to ensure Pharmacovigilance and Regulatory compliance in line with the Pharmacovigilance Safety Master File (PSMF). Identify gaps and areas for improvement in reference safety documents management and lead remedial actions and initiatives. Participate in the preparation of drafts for Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Work Instructions (WI) to ensure consistency, allocation of responsibilities, accuracy, timeliness, and implementation. About The Role The Senior Project Manager role will assume overall project management responsibility for the delivery of technology transfer (site transfer), API change, reformulation, RFQ, and process improvement projects. Job scope shall include all products and all territories. To support the business for any QMS action (CAPA/Deviation etc.), new upcoming projects and artwork related queries/issues. Lead and support product integration cross functional meetings and CMO meeting ensuring timelines are met. Key Responsibilities (In Points) Perform QC for artworks of packaging components for requested changes /new artworks and progress the relevant workflows timely on GLAMS. Work on electronic Artwork Management system to pick up and complete task in a timely manner as per business need. ensure entire QC task are completed on time as be business needs. Closely coordinate with internal business functions and stakeholders responsible to meet the timelines for the various change steps/new production and new version introduction. Lead Artwork QC for new product, ongoing activities for artworks ensuring RFT. Co-ordinate with CMO to obtain technical details required for artwork creation and to get CMO technical approval for artwork before the due date. Regular liaison with CMOs for artwork related actions, ongoing new projects ensuring workflow are not overdue. Ensure pending tasks with CMOs are timely closed through periodic follow-ups and escalate the CMO’s overdue with correct point of contact for its timely closure/completion. Monitor overall ongoing routine task at Artwork QC stage and ensure its timely completion. Represent artwork team in meeting with CMOs and resolve outstanding issue by completing any assigned task within agreed timelines. Work with Quality Assurance department for closure of artwork related change control and ensure its timely closure and avoid its overdue. Draft /update SOPs, Work Instructions related to artwork development to keep it updated to capture periodic process/system updates. Any additional responsibilities assigned by the line manager. Ensure that the cycle time for QC checks for artwork is closely monitored and the artworks amendments are done right first time at Artwork QC level. About The Role The Sr. Specialist Company Secretary will drive and control the company secretarial compliance of ADVANZ PHARMA Group Companies by providing proactive and effective company secretarial support and take overall responsibilities for company secretarial compliances of Group companies. What You’ll Do Lead and support the Associate Director - Legal in Mumbai in the strategic oversight and management of the Group’s company secretarial activities, including restructuring projects, while ensuring the best practice delivery of corporate governance and company secretarial principles. Co-ordinate the preparation of agendas and board packs and their timely circulation and dispatch in conjunction with other members of the Legal team. Convene, attend and take minutes at board and shareholder meetings, recording discussions and decisions, drafting minutes, liaising with client teams (all levels of staff) for comments prior to external circulation. Liaise with Board members and other relevant parties in respect of meeting arrangements and compliance with formalities, including tracking to completion actions arising from board and committee meetings. Drafting minutes and written resolutions and coordinating their signature and filing. Provide company secretarial support for the set-up of corporate entities in various jurisdictions as well as maintaining company records, share and registrar functions and system maintenance (including Group masterlist, Group structure chart etc). Change or register new directors/ officers, as needed, and handle any accompanying resignations. Ensure adherence to good corporate governance principles concerning all Company Secretarial matters. Ensure that statutory filings (or other similar jurisdictional requirements) and payment of relevant fees are completed within statutory time frames. Manage third party company secretarial service providers & third-party digital company secretarial platform. Work closely with Tax in restructuring projects, including managing external counsel and reviewing and finalizing documents (intra-group agreements and corporate documents). Actively support integration projects following the acquisition of other companies or assets. Support Finance in all corporate queries, including assisting in the production and approval of the financial reports and accounts. The main purpose of the job is to ensure adequate and prompt life cycle maintenance activities for Marketing Authorizations (MA) held by ADVANZ PHARMA based on the portfolio assigned, with a focus on supply continuity and compliance with regulatory requirements. What You’ll Do Drive Integration activities following mergers & acquisition, taking responsibility for shaping up a process to integrate, generate regulatory intelligence needed during pre-integration assessments, support Unit Heads during due diligence activities, project manage integration by being a part of wider project team, carry out necessary regulatory submissions promptly as per project plan agreed to ensure smooth transition during transition period and eventually handing over responsibilities to respective life cycle management team at the end of transition period. Helping the Manager, the Regional team with review of applications made by the rest of the team, taking accountability for the right first time, ensuring high standards of review, and supporting the development of junior team members in the team. Review of regulatory submissions adding value through experience and knowledge/interpretation of available regulatory guidelines with an emphasis on no rejections, right first time, eliminating obvious and repetitive questions. Builds a strategy for complex regulatory submissions and drives discussions with health authorities as and when required to have an agreement on a regulatory strategy, keeping business interests in mind, and negotiates with health authorities when needed. If needed, handling complex regulatory submissions independently for the given regional portfolio with an emphasis on right first time to ensure timely approval and supply continuity. Act as process owner for complex regulatory /regulatory-driven cross-functional processes and look at process improvement/simplification. Responsible for keeping an oversight of, disseminating regulatory updates for respective regional authorities, and if needed, training/ organizing discussions cross-functionally and contributing to legislative compliance. Act as a delegate for the Manager for cross-functional meetings like QRST, SNOP, etc. Act as approvers for change control/artworks in the manager's absence. Active participation in preparation and running any health authority inspection as and when needed. Coach junior members of the team on regulatory requirements as and when needed, and be able to work on induction for new joiners of the team.
