Adsthrive Digital & Development Agency is looking highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team in Patna. In this dynamic role, you will play a key part in our continued success by identifying and securing new B2B client opportunities. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the B2B sector. This includes prospecting, speaking, and networking to establish relationships with potential clients in Singapore, Dubai & London Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while continually seeking opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our product offerings Digital Marketing : Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies to maximize revenue growth. This may involve creating tailored proposals, conducting product presentations, and negotiating contracts Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and customer service to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and exceptional customer experiences Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, pipeline activity, and market insights to management Qualifications: Bachelor's degree Proficiency in using laptop Strong English Communication CRM experience is preferred Must be: Immediate joining within 7 days Work From Office Only Relevant experience will be preferred Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹11,609.40 - ₹20,224.86 per month Work Location: In person
