Role Description This is a Freelance Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for creating, curating, and managing published content across social media platforms. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing social media strategies, managing social media campaigns, and conducting social media optimization (SMO). The role involves generating engaging content, analyzing social media metrics, and ensuring consistent brand messaging. This is a remote role. What You’ll Do Plan, create, and schedule engaging social media content (images, short videos, carousels, reels, stories) Write captions that capture tone: friendly, helpful, and growth-focused Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages promptly Suggest creative ideas to increase brand reach and follower engagement Work closely with the founder to align posts with upcoming offers, services, and brand updates What We’re Looking For Proven experience managing social media for a brand or agency Strong understanding of platforms: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn Visual storytelling skills: you know how to turn stats, client quotes, or a before-and-after into a scroll-stopping post Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Spark, or similar tools) Proactive mindset, creativity, and an eye for detail Interested?
