Role Description Record purchase and sales entries in Tally Manage cash and bank transactions with timely reconciliation Prepare vouchers and ensure accurate data entry in Tally Prepare monthly TDS working sheets Handle and maintain petty cash transactions Manage import/export invoicing and documentation Coordinate with clearing & forwarding agents, transporters, and freight forwarders Assist in general office administration and compliance activities Qualifications Proficient in Accounting, Bookkeeping, and Invoicing processes Experienced in Payroll, Financial Reporting, and Budgeting activities Strong in Office Administration, Documentation, and Policy Compliance Capable of managing Vendor Coordination and Internal Communication Skilled in accounting software such as ZohoBooks, Tally, and MS Office Excellent organizational, analytical, and time management skills Able to handle Import and Export documentation and invoicing Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field Prior experience or knowledge of industry-specific accounting preferred
