As an Adobe AEM Architect at Capgemini, you will be responsible for designing and implementing enterprise-level digital experience solutions using Adobe Experience Manager. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing web platforms that meet business and user needs. **Key Responsibilities:** - Architecting and designing AEM solutions for web content management and digital marketing. - Leading the technical implementation of AEM projects including component development, templates, workflows, and integrations. - Collaborating with business stakeholders, UX/UI designers, and developers to translate requirements into technical solutions. - Ensuring best practices in AEM development, performance optimization, and security. - Mentoring development teams and conducting code reviews to maintain high-quality standards. **Qualifications Required:** - Deep expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) architecture, component development, templates, and workflows. - Strong programming skills in Java & J2EE for backend development and integration with AEM. - Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular. - Experience with DevOps & CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git, Maven, and containerization tools like Docker/Kubernetes. - Familiarity with Cloud Platforms & Integration, Adobe Cloud, RESTful APIs, and third-party integrations (e.g., CRM, analytics, DAM).
