The Admissions Head will report to institutional leadership and will work closely with academic heads, marketing, finance, compliance, placement, hostel, student welfare, and regional outreach teams.
Key Responsibilities

- Ensure every counsellor communicates affiliation, approval, entrance route, eligibility, scholarship, fee, refund, hostel, placement, safety, and application information accurately and consistently.
- Run a weekly admissions war room reviewing leads, applications, offers, fee-paid confirmations, joins, source ROI, counsellor performance, consultant quality, and lost-lead reasons.
- Set and enforce response SLAs, including 5-minute action for hot website, Google, WhatsApp, phone, and parent inquiries during working hours.
- Supervise CRM hygiene, lead de-duplication, lead scoring, stage definitions, WhatsApp nurturing, call tracking, UTM attribution, dashboards, and campaign analytics.

- Control consultant and agent channels through contracts, territory rules, approved scripts, CRM lead ownership, quality audits, complaint tracking, and payment discipline after joining and refund-risk review.
- Collaborate with digital marketing on Google Search, SEO, landing pages, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, retargeting, content calendars, program explainers, webinars, and parent assurance campaigns.
- Improve campus-visit conversion by coordinating faculty interaction, lab tours, hostel tours, parent counselling, fee/loan support, application assistance, and post-visit closure plans.
- Protect institutional reputation by preventing unverified placement claims, affiliation confusion, hidden-fee communication, unethical inducements, mis-selling, duplicate lead claims, and non-compliant public messaging.
