Location : Bandra, Mumbai Salary : ₹40,000 – ₹60,000 per month Experience : 3-5 years Gender : Female candidates only Education : Bachelor’s Degree (any discipline) Job Description : We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Admission Counselor to join our dynamic team in Bandra. The ideal candidate will play a key role in guiding prospective students through the admissions process, offering personalized counseling, and ensuring high conversion rates from inquiry to enrollment. Key Responsibilities : Counsel prospective students and parents regarding course options, admissions procedures, eligibility, and program benefits. Follow up on inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings. Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions. Assist in organizing and participating in admission events, open houses, and campus tours. Achieve admission targets and contribute to the overall growth of the institution. Coordinate with academic and administrative teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process. Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. 5–6 years of experience in counseling or admissions (preferably in the education sector). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Fluent in English and local language (Marathi/Hindi). Professional demeanor with a student-friendly approach. Proficient in using CRM tools and MS Office.
