Role: ADMISSION COUNSELLOR Key Responsibilities Student Guidance & Counseling Advise students on suitable courses and institutions based on their academic background and career aspirations. Assist in the completion of application forms and ensure all necessary documentation is submitted accurately. Provide information on admission requirements, deadlines, and eligibility criteria. Application Processing Review student applications to assess eligibility and academic qualifications. Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely processing of applications. Maintain accurate records of all applications and communications. Communication & Relationship Management Maintain regular communication with prospective students, parents, and academic institutions. Collaboration & Coordination Work closely with academic departments, faculty, and administrative staff to streamline the admission process. Coordinate with external agencies and partners to enhance recruitment efforts. Stay updated on changes in admission policies, financial aid options, and educational trends. Required Skills & Qualifications Educational Background : Bachelors degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field. Experience : 14 years in admissions counseling, sales, or a related field, preferably within the education sector. Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Interpersonal Skills : Strong ability to build relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. Organizational Skills : Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently. Technical Proficiency : Familiarity with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools. Additional Skills : Proficiency in multiple languages and experience in social media marketing can be advantageous.
