Admission Counsellor

Job Description

We're looking for telesales executives Student Counsellor for our Pune office. The successful candidate will be responsible for reaching out to prospective students interested in medical studies and providing information on our counselling services. Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective students Provide information on our student counselling services Schedule appointments with interested students Follow up with students to ensure satisfaction and answer any questions Achieve daily and weekly call number targets Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all calls and appointments Requirements: At least 6 months of experience in outbound telesales in the education industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong sales and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of the student market and counselling services. Comfortable working in a target-driven environment. Time: Monday to Saturday, 10 am to 6 pm Location: Pune Job Type: Full-time Salary Range: Competitive salary + Incentives.
