Job Description

Location: Work from Home and once in a week office visit Experience: 1-3 years (Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply) Qualification: Graduation (Any Stream) Salary: 15000 to 30,000 Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Admission Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students and their parents about various diploma and certification programs, handling inquiries, and ensuring a smooth admission process. Key Responsibilities: 1-Counsel students and parents about our courses, career opportunities, and admission process. 2-Handle inbound and 50-70 outbound calls, WhatsApp, and emails regarding course inquiries. 3-Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into enrollments. 4-Maintain and update the student database, keeping track of interactions and conversions. 5-Assist students with documentation and fee payment processes. 6-Coordinate with the academic team to ensure smooth onboarding of students. 7-Participate in seminars, webinars, and marketing campaigns to attract students. Skills Required: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Sales and negotiation skills to convert leads into admissions. Ability to handle multiple inquiries and follow up efficiently. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
