To be considered for this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. - 3 years of experience in customer service. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Proficient in MS Excel and data entry. - Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to handle high call volumes and meet deadlines.
