Role Description

Vidyanjali Academy for Learning is looking for an experienced, organised, and proactive Administrative Operations Manager to lead a team of seven administrative and support staff members and ensure the smooth functioning of the school's administrative operations.

We are looking for someone who can take initiative, manage people effectively, coordinate multiple responsibilities, and ensure that work is completed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and coordinate the administrative and support staff team.
• Plan, delegate, monitor, and follow up on daily administrative activities.
• Oversee housekeeping, school facilities, and maintenance coordination.
• Coordinate administrative arrangements for examinations, academic programmes, meetings, and school events.
• Maintain accurate and systematic administrative records, reports, and documentation.
• Establish efficient work procedures, identify operational problems, and ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate effectively with teachers, staff, management, and external agencies.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant administrative experience, preferably in a school.
• Experience in supervising staff and managing administrative operations.
• Strong organisational, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, email, and digital documentation.
• Good communication skills in English and Kannada.
• Familiarity with school administration procedures, SATS, and RTE is an advantage.
