Role: Admin AI Developer

Location: Novel Office, Marathahalli
NOTE: Own Laptop and Mobile are mandatory
Key Responsiblites:
- Manage accurate and timely student data entry, maintenance, and updates in ClassPro.
- Coordinate with Academic Teams and ACE Coordinators for the collection, verification, and uploading of CRS and student data.
- Update and monitor student attendance, assessment marks, assignments, and academic activities in ClassPro.
- Track attendance patterns and promptly report students taking three or more leaves in a week to the concerned team.
- Monitor student performance and highlight consistently weak, declining, or fluctuating performance to the concerned team.
- Identify and resolve ClassPro-related issues, discrepancies, missing information, and pending updates.
- Coordinate with faculty, ACE Coordinators, and Academic Teams to ensure timely completion of academic and data-related activities.
- Maintain accurate, complete, and confidential student records in line with defined processes and timelines.
- Support the coordination of scheduled academic activities and ensure their smooth execution.
- Keep the reporting manager updated on task progress, pending activities, challenges, and escalations.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance websites and web applications based on business requirements.
- Support the development and maintenance of AI-powered products and applications as required.
- Conduct functional and integration testing to ensure the reliability and performance of websites and applications.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and fix bugs, technical issues, and application errors within defined timelines.
- Manage and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate code integration, testing, and deployment processes.
- Monitor application performance and implement improvements to enhance stability, functionality, and user experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand technical requirements and deliver development tasks within agreed timelines.
- Maintain code quality, follow development standards, and manage version control and technical documentation.
- Support application deployment, ongoing maintenance, and resolution of post-deployment issues.
- Provide regular updates to the reporting manager on development progress, testing results, pending bugs, and deployment status.
