Too much delaying to issue Caste certificate! Approx 15 days my certificate is pending for approval. From bdo and sdo office it has been already delayed for 4 months now from ADM office the issue of certificate is delaying. Officers and staffs are not working in West Bengal. Hopeless service

This place seems to be in a convenient location. But there are few direct buses from south n north Kolkata that will reach U at this place. Auto services are also not there. U have to come to kalighat or hazra to get more options for transportation

Cannot imagine that District Magistrate will give so much of time and hear us so patiently. His secretaies are also soft spoken & wrll behaved. The office is little different from normal Govetnment office.
