Complete production handling from product development to bulk shipment. Daily communication with buyers regarding development status, production updates, and delivery schedules. Handling product development activities, including sampling, costing preparation, and sample follow-ups with sampling units. Coordinating with sampling teams to develop, send samples to buyers, and obtain approvals on a seasonal basis. Once samples are approved, managing the process based on buyer order receipt. Ordering fabrics and trims and coordinating closely with the sourcing team for timely procurement. Working closely with factories to ensure smooth production flow and adherence to quality and timelines. Updating and managing all related activities through the company ERP system. Handling export shipment coordination, with documentation team follow-up. Regularly maintaining and tracking the Time and Action (TNA) calendar to ensure on-time delivery.
