About the role? We’re looking for a Full-Stack Developer with strong AI integration experience who enjoys building fast, experimenting with new tools, and delivering real-world AI-powered applications. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a remote-first, async-friendly environment and prefers outcome-driven work over fixed hours. What you'll do Build and ship full-stack web applications end to end Integrate AI models and tools into products (LLMs, multimodal, agents, automation) Design and implement API-based integrations with AI and third-party services Create automation workflows using no-code / low-code tools (Zapier, Make, Lovable, etc.) Rapidly prototype ideas and convert them into production-ready solutions Continuously explore and test new AI technologies (e.g., Sora 2, emerging multimodal tools) Collaborate remotely with product, design, and business teams Core Requirements Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer Frontend: React / Next.js / Vue (or similar) Backend: Node.js / Python / API development Hands-on experience integrating AI APIs and services Strong understanding of webhooks, REST APIs, and system design Comfortable working independently with project-based ownership Excellent communication in a remote setup Nice to Have (Big Plus) Experience with automation & no-code platforms (Zapier, Make, Retool, Airtable, Lovable, etc.) Familiarity with AI agents, orchestration frameworks, or workflow builders Regular experimentation with cutting-edge AI tools Ability to quickly evaluate, adopt, and discard tools as needed Startup or agency experience with rapid delivery cycles What We Value Outcome-driven mindset — shipping matters more than perfection Curiosity and willingness to stay ahead of the AI curve Comfort with ambiguity and fast-changing requirements Strong ownership and accountability Why Work With Us Remote-first culture with flexible schedules Per-project pay + incentives aligned with impact Exposure to latest AI technologies and tools Freedom to experiment and propose better technical approaches Potential for long-term collaboration across multiple projects
