JOB SUMMARY: To handle inbound and outbound calling to resolve customer query, grievance for best customer experience and also act as the coordinator between customer and all the departments of the company. PRE-REQUISITES: ● Only Female Candidates ● Minimum Education Qualification:Standard12th pass from any recognised board ● Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel is a must along with working knowledge of internet. ● Languages : Spoken Hindi with writing ability in Hindi and English is a must. Spoken ability in English language shall be added advantage. ● Experience up to 2 years in customer care operations in any industry. Freshers with above mentioned skills can also apply. ● Age of the applicant should be at least 18 years as on the date of the job application. EXPECTED COMPETENCIES ● Good Communication Skills. ● Positive attitude and self-starter. ● Ability to complete the tasks within the given time frame. ● Punctuality and discipline. ● Must be well mannered. JOB DESCRIPTION: · Receive complaints and feedbacks from customers through Emails, phone calls, messages and creating/maintaining records of such complaints/feedbacks on daily basis. · Manage different types of customer feedback including complaints, acknowledge customer by sending appropriate first response within due date/time, follow up with internal departments/teams for complaint investigation, findings or corrective actions, update case history/timeline, inform the customer with solution, and resolve the case within due date/time. · Make complaint register and maintain records of all the complaints received. Resolution of the complaint received on the same day via E-Mail. · Generate leads through cold calling to identify new prospective customers and fix meeting for sales executives with such customers. Maintenance of records of all such cold calling data with latest updates on Google Drive. · Interacting with clients via various channels, such as, emails, messages, phone calls and social media. · Send Email/messages to customers on important updates about company’s products. · Send Customer Ledgers to respective customers to inform them about their purchases and the remaining payments thereof. · Follow up the customers regarding pending payments via E-mails, messages or phone calls. · Maintaining data of all the customer interactions happening on daily basis on Google Drive.
